Scheduled: Salesforce Run Query (SOQL) for filtered opportunities → Sheets Update Values with row per record. Use Salesforce Id as upsert key. Useful for finance forecasting outside SFDC.

Can I push Sheet rows into Salesforce as Leads?

Yes. Sheets New Row → Salesforce Find or Create Lead by email. Use external_id custom field on Lead for idempotent upsert from the Sheet.

How do I avoid Salesforce API daily limits when syncing?

Use Bulk API or Composite API for batched updates. Filter Sheets rows to only those changed since last sync. Most teams stay well under SFDC's 15K-150K daily call limit.

Can I sync Salesforce custom objects to Sheets?

Yes. Custom object API names end in __c (Project__c). Use Run Query with FROM Project__c. Map the returned fields to Sheet columns.
